*Fast Track: Now you can transfer data to Visit Japan Web
Starting June 17th, 2022, you can transfer your Fast Track registration information to Visit Japan Web for the entry procedures such as immigration and custom declaration.

*【Now available】As of 11:50AM MySOS app is available via QR code as the download problem of the MySOS app via QR code due to Dynamic Links server outage caused by a trouble of Google Firebase since the morning on February 8 2022 has been resolved.


*IMPORTANT: We will perform server maintenance from 01:00 to 05:00 JST (1 a.m. to 5 a.m.) on November 10, 2021.
During this time, you will not be able to access account registration and the MySOS app. If you try to open the app, you will only see "Under Maintenance" or the logo on the screen.
Please access the app after maintenance is finished.


*From 13:30 pm to 17:30 pm on September 11, 2021,
MySOS app download for Android smartphones was unavailable.
Now the problem resolved and the app can be downloaded.


*Some users experienced problems connecting with server of the MySOS Health and Location Monitoring App between 11:05 a.m. and 12:17 p.m. on September 7. The problems have been resolved and you can now use the app as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience or concern for MySOS users in Japan. No immediate publishing of names or other such actions will be taken if you were unable to use the MySOS app during the times indicated.


*IMPORTANT: We will perform server maintenance from 00:30 to 3:30 JST on June 30.
During this time, you will not be able to access account registration and the MySOS app. If you try to open the app, you will only see "Under Maintenance" or the logo on the screen.
Please access the app after maintenance is finished.


*After June 21, some overseas entrants using certain e-mail addresses were not receiving our e-mail messages requesting a report on health conditions, or the e-mails were arriving late. The issue has been mostly resolved.
Persons who have not replied to such an e-mail will not immediately have their name and information publicly disclosed. However, we do ask that you continue to remain at your home or accommodations.


*If we call you via automated video call, you can answer it the same way as when a human operator calls.


*We found there were some entrants who could not login to Overseas Entrant Locator app (OEL) due to timeouts during account setup process on June 6, 2021. This issues was resolved now. We are contacting the entrants whom affected by this issues individually.


*Access to "MySOS" app server was temporarily unstable between 5/24 21:30 to 23:30 (now resolved).


*Access to "OEL" app server was temporarily unstable between 4/21 and 4/22 (now resolved).


* If a connection error message appears on MySOS app, do not try to press the "I'm Here!" button repeatedly. Wait for a while before attempt to press it later.
