Tap the MySOS app's "Pre-registration for quarantine procedures" button.
Please follow the instructions on the app to register responses for your questionnaire, Pledge, vaccination certificate (select "Yes" or "No"), and test result (for test done within 72 hours prior to your flight departure).
After documentation review is complete at our Center, the app screen will change to green.
＊If you have applied at least 6 hours prior to your flight’s scheduled arrival time, our review will be completed before you arrive.
＊If you don’t do prior registration of your test certificate and intend to present it at the airport, the app screen will be yellow.
＊If there is a problem with your application, the screen will be red. Please redo your registration.
