What is Fast Track? |
Fast Track is a way to handle some quarantine procedures in advance, before you enter Japan, using the MySOS app on a smartphone. |

What happens if I don’t use Fast Track? |
There is no problem if you don’t use Fast Track, but in that case, you will need the document verification will have to be done when you arrive at the airport, for verification of documentation for your test result certificate for a test taken less than 72 hours before departure, your personal Pledge, and vaccination certificate, etc. |

Can I use Fast Track at any airport that has international arrivals? |

Fast Track is a way to handle some airport quarantine procedures electronically in advance. There is no cost for using Fast Track itself, but any costs related to owning a smartphone/device and mobile data to use Fast Track must be covered by the user. |

How do I register if I have had one or two doses of a vaccine, but not three doses? |

If your child has not received a third dose of valid vaccine(s), please select the “No” option when asked about registering a vaccine certificate. It is not necessary to upload the parent/guardian's certificate. |

What is the cut-off date for me to use Fast Track? |
Please complete the pre-registration via the app at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled Japan arrival date and time of your flight. After you complete the online questionnaire using the app, the cut-off time will be displayed on the screen, so please complete the registration by that time. After you have entered all the required information, this registration step will be complete once the words “Registration complete” are displayed on a yellow or green screen. |

Can I still use Fast Track if I don't have Internet access? |
You will need to connect to the Internet for registration prior to entering Japan, and again during quarantine procedures at the airport. |

You will not be able to use Fast Track if your pre-registration via the app is not completed at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and time of your flight. |

You can use Fast Track if you install the app on your smartphone and complete the pre-registration with the required information at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and time of your flight. You can use Fast Track in any country or region, as long as you can connect to the Internet and install and use the MySOS app on your smartphone or other device. |

Can I still use Fast Track if I don't have a vaccination certificate? |
You can still use Fast Track if you don't have a vaccination certificate. However, if you selected “No” for the option of registering a vaccination certificate at the time you registered, you will not be able to submit a vaccination certificate at the quarantine office when you enter Japan. |

Can I still use Fast Track if I don't have a test certificate (for a test less than 72 hours before departure) when I pre-register using MySOS? |
Yes, you can still use Fast Track if you don't have a test certificate for a test taken less than 72 hours before departure. When you are registering using the app, for the item “Do you wish to do prior registration of a test certificate?” please register with your selection of “No". If you select "No", you will be required to show the paper (or other) version of the test certificate when you board the aircraft, enter Japan, etc. |

What address should I register if I will be quarantining at facilities secured by the quarantine office? |
Please register the address where you will stay after you leave the facilities that were secured by the Quarantine Office. |

You can upload files in these formats: PNG, JPG (JPEG), GIF, and PDF. File size is limited to 5 MB per file. Up to 5 files can be uploaded. |

When you install the app, if you selected “Yes” when you saw the message “Some quarantine procedures can be done by smartphone app before you enter Japan. Do you want to use this function?” the “Pre-registration for quarantine procedures” button should appear. |

Can I use the same MySOS app that I installed for a previous occasion when I entered Japan? |
If you already have MySOS installed, please scan the dedicated QR code again or tap on the dedicated link. |

Please clear your browser’s cache, uninstall the app, and then try again to register. |
